Building a daily practice doesn't have to be difficult.

Here's an easy technique to keep you accountable:

Jerry Seinfeld uses this technique to motivate himself to write new jokes every day. You can use this same technique to build a daily practice.

3 easy steps to building a daily practice:

  1. Sign up below and print off 12 copies of the blank monthly calendar (so you don't have to think about printing a new one every month for an entire year, or however long you wish to maintain your practice).
  2. Fill in the name of the month, number the dates, and define your practice (ex. "write at least 50 words").
  3. Each day you complete your practice, mark a big X on your calendar. After a few days, you'll start to see the "chain"--your only job now is to not break it.
