My goal is to help growth-driven individuals find their own path to personal transformation through self-experimentation.
I’m Derek Ralston—a Technical Program Manager and Agile Coach by day, and a personal transformation explorer by night. I see a clear bridge between my professional and personal worlds: both revolve around experimentation and continuous improvement. I dive deep into topics by designing self-experiments, then reflect on the results to uncover new insights and growth.
I’m the author of three personal transformation books, one of which became top in its category on Amazon. Most recently, I’m the author of Transformational Fasting: Reconnect with Yourself, Get Healthy, and Find Your Purpose.
